Home sales activity in Coventry at Anthem, a neighborhood in the master-planned community of Anthem in Henderson, NV fell sharply in the 3rd quarter of 2007. Only three homes closed in the third quarter, compared to 11 in the 2nd quarter and 14 in the 1st quarter.
Available inventory remained at 30 homes, plus three homes with accepted offers. Another 8-10 previous sellers appear to have taken their homes off the market for now.
