Well, Happy Mother's Day.


I have to admit, we made it a two day affair with trying to do some fun stuff with the immediate family yesterday and then the normal extended family lunch on Sunday!

My daughter has been looking forward to Mother's day for a couple of weeks now when she could let her momma know she's the best mother ever so I'm not sure who was more excited for Mother's Day.

So after all the day was done and I 'told my daughter that Mother's Day was over, she very indignantly informed me that Yes, Mother's Day was over, but now it was Mother's Night!

On that note, I'll consider myself schooled and just say Happy Mother's Day to all the Moms out there...including mine, wherever she may happen to be!
