Investing In Colorado Springs is fantastic!

There are many States where home prices are correcting themselves because of the long run of growth in housing and not incomes. However, Colorado Springs, CO. did not see that extended growth that the nation saw.  I consider our city to be the bond market of real estate compared to other cities. We have averaged approx. 4.6% med. growth the past 5-6 years. In fact, we were #47 out of 50 states in growth 2006. That simply means that our slow market and correction will be nothing compared to States who were in the top 10 States for growth. We have 5 military bases surrounding our city and they say that 70% of the our population is serving or has served in the military at some time. Our population is roughly around 475,000 or so. This creates a great rental market.

Our economy is such that we have an abundance of foreclosures and short sale bargains within our city. Litterally thousands. Although the general public is not willing to come down in their real estate prices, the banks are taking it in the shorts because or all the arm adjustments.  This has created a flurry of buying from investors in California and the Western States. I am submitting offers everyday for investors in those States.

I am also a real estate investor myself with dozens of properties so my niche is strong in this area. Of course I have 3 other Real Estate Brokers in my office who are managing around 160 units as well. We can service the investor fully with anything they need.

If you know of someone who is looking to invest and not sure where to go. Send them to me. I will take care of them and help them make some money. If you are a broker/agent, I will pay you referral fee's for every transaction. It is a purchase "free for all" out here in Colorado Springs.
