How is the Market in the Los Gatos Mountains?

The mountains outside of Los Gatos have always been a secondary location - with downtown Los Gatos being first. The mountains are gorgeous but it also means a drive and it can be hard to find homes on the windy backroads and unlabeled streets of the Santa Cruz Mountains.

That being said, it is a cheaper alternative to having a Los Gatos address and excellent Los Gatos schools [and kids].

Last year the market was heavily REO but today, I found 1 REO and the rest are REGULAR [not short] sales!
