9 Comments on A GREAT place for a lovely walk in Ellicott City / Catonsville ~ The #9 Trolley Trail in Oella, MD
Ellie...
I love these rails to trails endeavors ... they preserve an important part of our heritage and provide great recreation at the same time!
Great photos of an absolutley wonderful place to take in nature and exercise too. How lucky you are to have this little treasure so near.
we have something similar here in what we call Cuyahoga Valley. Those railways go for miles making great biking and walking paths
Great place to have close by. I'm always looking for places to escape. How did the appointment go today?
We LOVE the Trolley trail. It's funny, growing up on the "other" side of Catonsville, in the past few years (since Sydney?!) I have been discovering lots more great places like the Trolley Trail in and around Catonsville. We are so lucky to have chosen to live so close to such wonders!

The trolley looks and sounds like a fun ride.
Good luck and success.

Great slide show, good stuff. I thought it was only going to be just one pic, but then there were several AND a story behind it!
We also have a trolley/ tril ride here in the Raleigh area and, like yours, it's always a fun and relaxing way to enjoy a few hours.
Oh, and let me be among the first to congratulate you on hitting the 600,000 point mark! With less than 100 points to gom it looks like that should happen for you today!
What a nice way to walk off some stress Ellie. Over the last few years I have taken to walking more and more, and if I lived in your community I bet you would find me at the Trolly Line #9 Trail quite often. Places like that are a Godsend.
