Heritage Hills is located right off Blanding Blvd. just south of Kingsley Ave. in Orange Park, Florida. Heritage Hills has been around since the late 70's with the first home being built in 1977. Heritage Hills is a great a great subdivision for first time home buyers. With 75% of first home buyers looking for homes between 1,000 sq. ft - 2,000 sq. ft.this makes Heritage Hills the prefect fit with most of the home in the subdivision being between 1,200 sq. ft. - 1,600 sq.ft. Heritage Hills also has a voluntary HOA fee of around $50 annually.
