Listed and Pending in 36 Hours...

I'm hoping this is a sign of the market springing back to where it once was but I'm not totally convinced that is what it is. It would be nice to be able to do this once a month or even better once a week. Now, I could handle that!

it really is a nice house. It does need some interior updates but it's priced accordingly.
