It's that time of year again....Buying Into Baltimore Trolley Tours, that is:

This year the award is $4,000 towards downpayment and closing costs for the purchase of a home on the west side of Baltimore City. 50 awards will be issued.

Another change this year is a $10 participation fee, with children 10 and under free. The participation fee includes a registration packet with homebuying resources.
