I know there are many groups here for blogging your listings, in my opinion there is no such thing as "too many opportunities".  

I want to invite you to join New England Listings. This will be a great place for those who would like a special place for their new listings, open house information and to blog current homes sold catered to the New England area.

Not only will this be a great way to boast your listings, but it will also give you a perspective on what the market is like in our New England locations. Yes we can CMA from our MLS and Top Producer, but to see how other Associates, Agents and Realtors are blogging will help sharpen your blogging tools and give you some inspirations for your new future listings.

Once we have enough group members, I would like to hold monthly contests for best listing blogs. It will vary from new listings to even open houses & sold listings! I think this will add a new twist and will help provide a great service to the sellers as well as to ourselves. There will be no additional points given, but remember- we blog our listings to market for the sellers and to educate ourselves.
