I guess sometimes I am amazed at what comes across my desk.

Here is a beautiful "Palace" in Portugal.  I know the average price range on Active Rain is about $300,000 but you never know....right?

We are looking to split a 10% commission so if you know of anyone who NEEDS A PALACE  this palace needs that buyer!

It is beautiful. 300K for Europe is not much. How about location? I think it will cost 3-4 times more to renovate. Keep us posted.

Anna...I never said it was $300,000!  I said the average price of listing posted on AR were about $300,000.  :-)
