I can't seem to find a list of REO Asset Managers emails. Anybody know of where I can find one? If I can't find a list I'll have to collect them myself. Anyone interested in getting this list for free, just send me at least one valid email addresse of a REO Asset Manager that you currently are working with or have recently worked with. When I have at least 200 valid email addresses, I will email this list to your email address. Send to joebray99@yahoo.com

Joey,

Asset Managers don't want to be hounded by agents like us. They look for you, don't look for them. Most of them are already working with agents in a particular area and if they need to add one or change the current agent they are using, they have a way of looking for one. That is the SECRET!

Hi Guys,

Don't give up hope that all lenders are "taken" and they will "only call you" -- that's not entirely true.  You can contact them, preferrably by mail with a sharp intro letter and solid resume and they will a) put you in their database (albeit not necessarily first in line) or b) reply to you with a form (credentials, etc.) or a link to a registration website they use to prospect new brokers.  In either case, it is worth a try.  Everyone knows two or three local brokers who have gazillions of REO listings -- they don't like to share their contacts -- ever!

Here is a good source for contacting REO Asset Managers and finding Loss Mit departments at lenders nationwide.  Try Lane Guide, http://www.laneguide.com  Check their website for a special REO CD-ROM product that has a great intro letter built in (mail merge).  It's well worth it!

Good Luck!
