I don't know why, but October is always my best month for sales! Most people say sometime in the summer and some say it's the Spring, but I seem to have my board full in October. Who knows why?

Usually, I work with investors that fix and flip or purchase and sell multi unit properties, but it seems that my sales are almost always to and from Owner occupants in the fall. I am a big believer in "you'll have what you say..." so from now on, maybe I should go around saying, "I sell more and more houses EVERY month!"

The market is getting better and better here and I am starting to see a turn already, although I think it will be well into 2008 before we see a full recovery. I love the job I do and all of my agents seem to be busy and hard at work. We are just kind of refusing to look at the bad portrayed through the media!

We are making those daily touches, calling old clients, marketing heavily, brainstorming and doing LOTS of positive talk to ourselves and each-other. What are all of YOU doing to keep the sales up for the season? Share your best...we love to hear new and great ideas!!!
