Colorado Springs is one of the best areas in the country to live and play in. Money magazine had it one of the top places to live last year, (this year we didn't even make the list, but people are so frivolous!).

Anyway, without a doubt, we need each-other to make our economy grow and thrive. Rocky Mountain Realty Company is proud to provide our clients with coupons to local businesses and we are always looking for ways to help business grow.

We make agreements with local businesses for our clients to receive deep discounts and free services. The clients remember us for it and many times become great customers of the businesses we affiliate with.

Some of the things we did last year was to offer a 30% discount card to Kwal Paint, A free Oil Change and Check at Metric Motors, and 10% off Lowes purchases for Rocky Mountain Customers. This year we have some new and exciting ideas cooking, but I wanted to remind everyone that one of the things we enjoy about Colorado Springs so much is the middle sized town/friendly atmosphere. It's nice to go to a local community shopping center rather than the big mall sometimes...
