Active Rain

This is a really Great Site in order to get many answers and learn many new things. The wealth of information is so easy. You ask and you normally get an answer quick. I just read about a post how to stop United States mail (Pre-approved Credit Cards) from filling my mail box. I went to the site and registered and during the next five week waiting time, I hope to report back with good news.

Gary you are in Lahaina how lucky is that. It's nice to meet you on the Rain. I always think of this Eagles song called The Last Resort when I hear about Lahaina. Sorry that may be before your time :-)

Lahaina on Maui? How's real estate in your area Gary? Is it slowing down like California? Do foreign investors make pricing not as important?

Lahaina in general lol. We have a lot of buyers here in Cleveland - I have a feeling our market is not really like yours or California and not as many foreign investors here; except for those affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic. Pricing is always important!
