AIA is presenting another Box Lunch Educational Program- a seminar here in Asheville by The Garland Company Wednesday, May 18, 2011 12:00noon Grove Arcade on one of my favorite subjects...GREEN 
ROOFS entitled: "Sustainable Design Roofing"
Participants will look into sustainable design as it relates to commercial roofing applications. Innovative technologies such as cool roofs, photovoltaic roofing, vegetated roof systems, recyclable roofing, roofing materials manufactured with post consumer recycled content, and low VOC roofing options will be discussed.
Lots of great lunch and learn programs are available in Asheville. These programs are free to AIA Asheville Members, Allied Members, and Sponsors who welcome everyone to their events. Cost for Non-Members is $10.
