Legal and Tax Strategies; How boring does that sound? Even with an undergrad in Accounting, or maybe BECAUSE I have an undergrad in Accounting and had to take 30 hours of Accounting classes, I think it sounds BORING!
However, when you get the IMPACT 
of the tax and legal strategies you choose, you'll get excited too. Well, Mark Kohler, our instructor, actually does make tax and legal stragegies exciting. He gets so excited about people keeping money in their pockets that he Dances! Yes, he does the Sprinkler Dance (and others, which we won't get into.)
I'll blog about it tonight, as I sit in the workshop; sorry I didn't invite you. My bad. Actually, the whole Restraining Order thing took me off my game. It's 6:30 tonight in Tustin, if you want to attend, call me. I always have my plans set, so I consider that it's too late to invite anyone.
Mark show us how we can use business ownership and real estate to reduce or eliminate our tax burden. I had rentals for a number of years; and I didn't take full advantage of the tax benefits. And, when I was married, and both my ex and I had our own business, (I was a Realtor at the time) we didn't take full advantage of the tax benefits. Yes, we had a CPA; and not a CPA/Attorney in one person.
You see, the government rewards busness owners - those who provide services or jobs that help the economy. And the government rewards landlords for providing housing to individuals who don't have houses. So our task is to utilize the tax code to keep more of our money in our pocket.

My CPA friend is even attending today, because he's heard Mark before, and knows that Mark has greater information as both an Attorney and a CPA than just a CPA.
