Living in Northern Carroll County Maryland puts me just 4 miles from the Mason Dixon line. My family and I shop & play in Pa. on a regular basis. My Dad lives in Littlestown and we frequently get calls regarding Pa property at our Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Hampstead just 7 miles south of the Maryland Pennsylvania line. How many more reasons do I need? It just makes good business sense to have both Maryland & Pennsylvania Real Estate licenses!
