I have started to offer this service in my area not only to the Realtors, but to the F.S.B.O. also. I have completed 2 of these MoveInCertified inspections in the last 2 weeks since I started to offer them 3 weeks ago. I know that others are offering this service also, but I beleive that I offer a service that is above and beyond what is being offered by others.  First off, I am using a electronic report that is approximately 30-35 pages with summary. This report includes 4 photos of each item, IE: floors, walls, ceiling. ect.

This is where my service is different.  As stated in the MoveInCertifed program, I meet with the home owner at their convenience to inspect the home. As we go through the home, I ask them to describe their home to me the best they can. Instead of just stating that the walls are painted, or there is carpet or hardwood floors. I ask them what is the name and color of the paint that is on the wall, what type of carpet or type of hardwood. This goes on through out the home. So the report would read some what like this. White textured ceilings, with halogen canned ceiling lights. The walls has a egg shell white paint finish covering drywall wall. The floor is covered with a Berber carpet wall to wall. So as you can see. My report not only describes the home, but it also give a visual tour of the home also with all of the photos that is also included in the report. I have also taken this program one step further. I have the ability to upload up to 94 photos of the home for a type of virtual tour that can also be used along with the report. These photos can be your photos that you provide me to upload, or I can use the photos that the client ,and you the realtor select from the photos I took at the time of the inspection.

All of this information is available online for public viewing via a yard sign directing them to  www.moveincertified.com . Also a Url link that you can place on your MLS listings directing them to the page were they can download the inspection report and photos of the home.  If you have not looked at this program, I ask you to take a look at it.
