With more than 25 years of mortgage industry experience, Kathy Brennan brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as a Mortgage Consultant for MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A.
Kathy has provided her expertise to many individuals in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia. She currently specializes in mortgages for new construction with local and national builders, providing programs products that accommodate the needs of first time home buyers as well as home buyers looking to move into newer, larger homes. In 2010, she was recognized by the Home Builder’s Association of Maryland as the loan officer of the year. She also works with military organizations to provide mortgages to troops returning or relocating into the area.
In addition to finding the ideal home financing solution for her customers, she participates in and conducts homebuyer seminars. Kathy is also a member of the Home Builders Association of Maryland (HBAM) and served on the Sales and Marketing Council of HBAM for over 20 years. Kathy’s dedication to her customers has helped her earn several industry awards, including the President’s Club Award.
In her spare time, she enjoys skiing and horseback riding. She recently volunteered her time on the set of the Extreme Makeover Home Edition.
