The number of condos sold decreased by 8.00% from 2010 to 2011.
However, the number of townhouses sold from 2010 to 2011 remained the same.
The average sales price of single family houses in Brevard increased by 5.41% from 2010 to 2011.
Condos showed an increase in price of 16.93% from 2010 to 2011.
Townhouses showed a decrease of 4.41% in sales price from 2010 to 2011.
The average days on the market for single family houses was 140, a 45.83% increase from 96 days in 2010.
Condos were on the market for an average of 134 days, up by 76.32% from 76 days in 2010.
And, townhouses showed a decrease of 21.82%, at 86 days on the market in 2011, down from 110 days in 2010.
