Slideshows for Displaying Properties for Sale

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker
I recently discovered some cool slide shows that could be used in marketing homes or any product and best of all they are totally free. They also provide an embed code so you can show them off on your website, myspace, facebook, etc. I find them to be a great alternative to get your home to stand out online. I discovered Slide on Teri Isner's blog. It offers plenty of choices for your slide show including skins, musics, background, effects, size, and privacy. Here is a slide show of one of my favorite listings that is currently for sale at the moment for $995,000. To hear the music you have to click on the sound icon in the slideshow.

I discovered Animoto through the Geek Estate Blog. I think its a great alternative to your boring average slide show. They also offer great options and music for your show but you have less control. The results are quite lovely though. Below is another slide show of my favorite property that is for sale at the moment.

Did you create these? I like the load time on the first one. The second one is moving way too fast. Do they limit the length of time for your show? I've been using WellcomeMat.com, but it's a real estate video site. Of course, it can really be whatever you want it to be. The last 2 videos I uploaded were really just slide shows, since the rooms were too small to get good video footage.

I am going to use some of this to display on my site.  Most sites have virtual tours that you can use but I want something I can put right on the page...thanks!

I created both of these slide shows in just a few minutes and the best part is that they are free. It can take a little time to load with a slow connection but avid internet users will have a decent connection speed most of the time.

Animoto moves in time with the music you choose,  Slides move slower with slower music.  Animoto does not work on Safari.  I love it, have used both of these, clients love them also.

Nice thing about slide, I have 91 pix in one of the shows.  Its great.
