Thanks RAYAC! MLS Orientation at  in PA.

Today, I attended MLS (multiple listing service) orientation at RAYAC (Realtors® Association of York and Adams County) along with about eight other agents newly licensed in PA.

I was really impressed! The staff was welcoming and kind, the facility was neat, clean and organized and the class room was well appointed with room for 64 people and a ceiling mounted projector to allow everyone to see the presentation.

They gave each attendee a packet of information, it contained the policies, rules, regulations, a quick start guide, listing data form (2 pages) the first being the required data, school district information and an area map.

We were given a presentation by Lori Foltz, MLS Assistant Manager/IT Coordinator and Bob Leiphart, MLS Manager. They numerous tips and pointers to us that will give us a huge jump-start in learning to operate the P5 system from the get go. That means a lot to me, taking a little bend out of the learning curve saves me time and allows me to operate more efficiently and professionally.

Thanks RAYAC!  Thanks Lori & Bob! I’m looking forward to doing business in Pa and  I appreciate getting off on the right foot!
