Now all we need to hope for is that happy "fairy tale" ending Geri...........that SOLD sign in the front yard, and sitting at the closing table.

Wonderful creative job! Hope the open was busy and you've got a contract. :)
Roger - for a first open house, it went well. We had a consistent flow of traffic, with positive feedback.
