Ladera Ranch Yoga in Nature
The Richard & Donna O'Neil Conservancy is one of Orange County's most beautiful natural habitats. Enjoy the peaceful early morning hours out in the Wildlands with "Yoga in Nature". There will be a short walk to the"Mother Oak" and to a shady Oak Woodland where Mary Musetti, the guest Yoga instructor, will teach yoga stretches, breathing, and relaxation exercises. Please bring a towel and water.
