Just a short note to the skeptics...blogging WORKS! I don't know why I don't do it more often because I KNOW it works. I am closing my THIRD Active Rain deal in 9 months due to the fun practice of blogging.

My first one was when my husband signed me up on here to enhance my web presence, but I didn't use AR at all. One day I opened my e-mail and found an Active Rain contact from a former client who had moved to Iceland and then Germany and lost my info. She called me and had me do a quick transaction with money in pocket.

Then I started blogging. Before you know it...I got a phone call from someone wanting to flip houses. He bought one and we closed it. He fixed it and now it's under contract at full price and we are closing the end of this month.

That's number three... Did I mention that he wants ANOTHER house to replace that one right away? That will be transaction number 4...I have been busy with running the company, but I will be sure to blog more and get some lovely winter results. THANKS ACTIVE RAIN!
