A Damp & Dreary day Is A Great Day For Open Houses

open housesThe next few days are expected to be a little dismal compared to the beautiful days we have enjoyed earlier in the week. And dreary days are the perfect days for getting out and about and visiting some open houses.
There are 59 homes being held open in the Annapolis zip codes of 21401, 21403, and 21409. You can see all the Sunday opens by clicking right here....

One of the opens this Sunday is yours truly. 941 Tidewater Grove Ct in Heritage Harbour is open from 1 pm to 3 pm. Located in a 55+ Active Adult community this beauty of a home is located within an easy stroll of the refurbished Heritage Harbour Lodge so stop on in and check this home out.

Now keep in mind when visiting an Open House the agent there is solely representing the Seller which is what I am doing at my open. If you are already represented by an agent than no problem as many open house agents honor that relationship. HOWEVER if you are wanting Buyer Representation when purchasing a home you just may want talk to an agent (like me) who can help you. I would be happy to discuss Buyer Agency and how it can help you in your purchase power when buying a home after I am finished with my open house.

And remember....other than my own listings I can represent you in the purchase of a home. As for my own listings... I will always treat you fairly and ethically and share everything I know about the house itself.

Love that you point out ... and educate your readers in regards to Buyers Agency and Buyers Agent services.  I'm not always sure that people understand that there are agents that specialize in that type of representation .. and that it's to their benefit that they search these Buyers Agents out when looking for a new home.  We'll keep trying to educate potential buyers to these facts  ... thanks!
