I NEED A SHORT SALE REALTOR IN SALT LAKE CITY UTAH- PLEASE RESPOND Hi- I am an agent in Scottsdale, AZ. I am looking for an agent to refer a short sale listing to. Please respond to the following questions. 1. Do you specialize in Short Sales? 2. How many have you done in the last year? Can you send me a list through your MLS of those closings, the pending and active that were your short sales? 3. Will you pay a 25% referral fee? 4.
