You Ain't From Around here are Ya?

This has been a very interesting year thus far, lots of change, lots of work, and lots of anxiousness. So far it has been work, work, work. Since March 1 when I made the move to Area Pro Realty Southern Pa, I have been going like a chicken without a head. I have doing everything I can think of to make myself stand out form the crowd.  I have been relentless and have refused to give in to the temptation to be gloomy and negative.

Before making the move Gettysburg Gerry was doing well, everything was ranking well, I was getting a steady stream of phone leads, life was good. Then the MOVE to Area Pro Realty Southern Pa, learning new systems, new websites, new company blog site to get up on the google page, Blogs, google juice, work it, work it, work it. I have to say that up until recently I was still having to work through the process of getting the whole system back up and running.

I want to thank all of the people who have kept my spirits up, and kept me going because things are finally starting to grab hold. Oh we are not rolling in deals and closings are not rolling, but I have accomplished the goals that I have set out to accomplish. As many of you know I geared my new system to target the internet audience that Gettysburg Pa brings to it. As of this writing I have a pretty good stable of relocation clients from WV, DC, Ohio and even La. Things are breaking, I have prospects registering on my new websites, and even picked up a new listing.

I am rolling again, and it is only a matter of time until things are back to where they were before the change.To top it all off, my other site, Gettysburg Historic Homes continues to rank in the top three on google. I will say this, making this change has made me somewhat fearless, I no longer am apprehensive about doing anything real estate marketing wise. The world is out there and I am going to make my mark. Hold on world because I am just getting started.
