I love watching everyone slam down the clear little box and go for it.  I might want to make one and try it on my next client and see how they would act??  I will have all the pretty girls in our office stand there with contracts with differnt prices on them.  I will have my briefcase with the picture of the homes we looked at during the day and see if this will help get another one SOLD.

Gary- don't you just wish it was that easy?  My husband loves that show too!  I was thinking of sending in an application video for him. :)

Gary, this might be a great idea. Maybe a new twist on how we do real estate will help improve the market, It would be funny to see you at the table lift open that box and say deal or no deal!
