This year, the Tampa association of realtors is turning 100 years old. Originally founding in March 1911 as the Tampa Real Estate Board, the Tampa Association of Realtors (aka GTAR) works as a trade organization to help some 6000 real estate associates in and around the Tampa Bay area.
This year, just like every year, GTAR sponsor the GTAR Charitable Golf Tournament in Valrico, Fl - Buckhorn Springs. The mission of the Tampa Association of Realtors Realtor Care Foundation is to "create and provide educational and housing programs and services for those who call Hillsborough County, Florida home and the Tampa association of Realtors Home Buyers Grant Program, which provides for down payment assistance to families who otherwise would not be able to afford or Buy Tampa Real Estate.
