Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Professional Associates

I love when I see something that is new to me.  Recently two of my agents have engaged in working in conjunction with Lowes in Ware Massachusetts to educate the public about how home improvements can increase the value of homes.  Amy Mullen and Pierre Boucher of RE/MAX Professional Associates have started seminars on one Tuesday evening per month at the Lowes in Ware.

They recently found out that not only is RE/MAX and Lowes prefered partners, Lowes and Wellsfargo are also prefered partners.  Amy and Pierre decided to bring the 3 giants together and see what they get.  What they got was a huge success!!!  In the little tiny town of Ware Massachusetts, on a Saturday in May, they brought the 3 giants together.  They did an all day education and renovate seminar.  They helped the public understand what home improvements can do to home values, and how you can fund the improvements with 203k loans.  These are great products for the consumer that is looking to upgrade the current house they live in, spruce up for a house they want to sell at top dollar, or purchase that less than perfect house and make it what they want.

Amy Mullen,(RE/MAX Professional Associates), Pierre Boucher,(RE/MAX Professional Associates), Dan Woznicki,(Wellsfargo), and Mark, the area manager of Lowes got together and created some great marketing incentives.  They created a frenzie in the small town, and below is a short video clip of the day.  This features the $300 Lowes gift card raffle.

Great idea Pam...looks like it was a success. Nothing works better than to add a raffle to any event.
