Commentary:  WEEK #18 OF 2011 BROUGHT IN 24 NEW LISTINGS AND  11 PROPERTIES WENT UNDER CONTRACT, A SLOWER WEEK OVERALL.  NINE PROPERTIES SOLD, AND THE AVERAGE MEDIAN PRICE WAS $159,900.  SEVEN  OF THESE WERE RESIDENTIAL, ONE WAS A VACANT LOT AND THERE WAS ONE LARGE SALE OF A RANCH IN CIMARRON THAT WAS LISTED ORIGINALLY FOR 3.4 MILLION, BUT SOLD FOR 2.5 MILLION.  ONLY ONE FORECLOSURE SOLD OUT OF THE NINE, WHICH IS A HUGE DROP IN COMPARISON TO THE NORMAL 40%
