The Yarmouth Maine real estate market posted solid results for the 1st quarter 2011 ending March 31st 2011 with 18 homes and condos selling compared with just 12 in 2010. Statistically speaking median pricing was also up.. clocking in at 318K compared with 293K a year prior although given the smaller sample size it is this authors opinion that overall prices are pretty stable…neither increasing nor decreasing. Going forward the marketplace feels quite strong and I suspect we shall see excellent results in the coming months as Maine home buyers whom have been waiting in the wings begin to make offers!

That's good news, John.

I spent the summers of my youth at the Maine seacoast. My mom lived on Monhegan Island for about 4 years. Maine is just gorgeous. Best wishes in your continued success!
