Accentuate The Positive

By
Real Estate Agent with Group 4610 Network

As we've been doing for the last few weeks, we've bene sharing some of Brian Klemmer's leadership lessons. They're great lessons for our business and our lives.

Everything is mindset and lesson #37 is about Accentuating the positive. Leaders don't tolerate negative conversation. Lots of real estate agents come to us and want advice on how to overcome a problem. We would propose that you simply don't allow the problem to exist. As a short sale agent, just flat out rebuke a negotiator. Let them know that you are the short sale negotiator and you are in charge of the transaction. That will probably upset them a little bit, but you won't be influenced by their negative context.

If you do all of the talking that will ensure that the conversation stays positive.

Also, if you are in the Dallas area, we'll be in Raincamp on May 24th. Check out our previous post on activerain to get more information.

Negativitiy can be a disease that catches on and spreads quickly.  Leaders and Negotiators don't accept negativity, they demand creativity and positivity.

Good use of video blogging.

Kevin, I consider myself a positive person. I am also a problem solver, which I discovered recently drives some of my friends crazy. They just want to HAVE a problem and vent. They'll figure out the solution later.

This book compassionate Samurai by Brian Klemmer is recycled values heirachy , first and thorughly explained by Tony Robbins in his book Awaken the Giant Within. Brian Klemmer, himself an ex-alumni from PSI seminars which have been labelled many unflaterring things by ex employees and students alike was where Brian got his training. The book is a HUGE self promotion of his company, lacks depth and clarity on how to apply the traits, unlike Awaken the Giant within, and strikes me both as common sense or intended for a newbie audience from network marketing, unfamiliar and vulnerable to dogmatic preaching.  Both the partners that Brian describe in his book Steve Hinton, and PAtrick Dean were fired for HONESTLY describing Klemmer and his trainings as a cult, and for calling the students of Personal Mastery, "sHeepies" and "Klemmerites". Evidently Steve and Patrick were not rewarded for their HONESTY by Brian Klemmer. Do not read books from those who cannot practice what they preach!!

GET A LIFE...CHECK OUT WHO before promoting yourself. You will not last in real Estate...Godd will be attackedm, and BAD POP PSYCHOLOGY STOLEN FROM OTHERS WILL BE EXPOSED !!!!!!!!!!!
