My MLS board is having a MERS class soon, and I will be attending. I don't understand it, and I have only been in short sale transactions where Attorney were handling it. I hope that is covering me for now.
Another question to ask when showing property. We're having one as well.
It is imperative that Realtors get educated on MERS. The little I know about it has caused me concern. Thanks for sharing Robert
