I mentioned a couple weeks back about a hairdresser client of mine that recommended my services to a client. Turns out they live only 4 houses up the street from me! Well on Saturday I show up to let a buyer into my short sale listing on Stillwater Blvd in Maplewood Minnesota and her dad is two blocks up and around the corner... and thinking of selling his house int he next month or two!
