Bayview Resort condos for sale have had their ups and downs. The Bayview Resort in Myrtle Beach was built during the real estate boom leaving many investors in a bad financial position due to the decline in prices. Some of these condos were originally purchased for over $400,000 and recently sold for $199,000. Obviously, in this case, we have a loser and a winner.
