Cynthia - That is a beautiful home, I could see myself on the porch sipping ice tea while reading a book.

I hope you get many calls for people wanting to build their dream house in this subdivision.

Really nice views! Is there any assurance that it will remain that way?

That is the most beautiful thing about these waterfront lots--that is marsh on the other side of the creek so nothing can ever go there. Do you know anyone who would like to live here? :0)
