My name is Roy Wood and the operator of FreeAdLists.com. I'm hoping you find the site useful in facilitating your marketing efforts.

Here's a little info about me.

I’m an alumnus of Arizona State University (Finance) and University of Maryland University College (Computer Info/Science). I am also a former Airborne and Air Assault trooper. I'm currently employed as a technical lead (UNIX-based) for a major corporation in South Korea.

I’m like so many other people who are interested in the viral potential of the Internet, especially in the social networking space. Sites like MyBlogLog, Flickr, MySpace, YouTube, and others are revolutionizing this space and making the world seem smaller and easier to access.

I started FreeAdLists effort late last year. It’s a classified ads service. You don’t have to register to post, but it does make it easier to post and manage your ads. It's free to boot.

I’m a big fan of the most powerful operating system in the world: UNIX. :) A big thanks goes to its creators: Ken Thompson, Dennis Ritchie and Brian Kernighan.
