Life happens and you might have no choice but to move from your Pinecrest home before it sells; this is not the best thing for you or your property. You still have to continue paying your mortgage, property taxes, utilities, etc., and this can add up to some very serious expenses.
You will need to worry about vandalism, storm preparation, emergencies, landscaping, mold, pool maintenance, etc. You really don’t want to move to your new home and have all this baggage with you. So, give yourself, when possible, enough time to get your property sold.
