Hi Jeffrey, that is a great quote to start the day with. Our industry does come with many different attitudes and I love the challenge of bringing everyone together, even if it's only in their mind, LOL. I have a file on my desk wherein the buyer and seller do not get along, and that I can see from the title work!! They are closing separately to accomodate their schedules and their attitudes and both are happy about it!
Attitude issues always make me think of teenagers but they really cross the ages!
