After taking the weekend off I'm sitting here making the rounds of real estate blogs that I like to support with comments and not finding many new articles.  Several new listings are posted but since I'm not intimately familiar with all of your market areas all that I can comment is something like "nice listing".  I prefer to engage a little more substantially than this.

There are tons of topics about which you can author a summarized article.  Just two or three paragraphs is sufficient (I've observed that most long winded blogs don't receive many comments).  Comment content and links are a major SEO factor considered by search engines in determining the strength and web presence of your blog.  Just write about what inspires you ... usually there are like minded AR bloggers that have something to add.
