Evenings in Daytona Beach Shores sometimes display such an array of colors, that you can only stop in awe and watch. Setting sun splits the sky and paints it gradually from ink to turquoise, clouds catch the light of the sinking sun and you have them from gray-blue to pink...

Daytona Beach Shores is in its 51st year. I love it because I like the feel of the city, plus it is only 8 minutes drive to my office. And 8 minutes does not mean that it is only when there is no traffic and no accidents on the road. 8 minutes mean 8 minutes, and if we would have traffic, it can only be during the races or Bikeweek, and it will be 9-10 minutes. Daytona Beach area is still slow, but it is noticeably busier than last year, more windows are lighted in the evening, more people walking, and more cars on the road.
And way more sales activity. There were 77 condos sold from January 1, 2010 to April 30, 2010, and for the same 4 months this year – 91. Even though the inventory is less, there are still 325 condos for sale on MLS today, and this number is very close to the point when it is no longer the buyers' market.
