Rates are improving this afternoon, but who cares. Rates overall can
change 2 or 3 times daily. It is real important to recognize that
overall, rates have stayed near historic lows for the last few
months.minor rate increases or decreases throughout the day matter very
little in the big picture.
It is the right time to move into home ownership. Home prices are low in
general and it is an excellent time to buy.There are many bank owned
properties ( REO'S )available, allowing folks that have rented all their
adult life the opportunity to become homeowners. Encourage your
associates,relatives and friends who think they could never be qualified
to contact me so that I may be able to help them achieve the " American

Rates are great now....and you're right, but they can change a million times a day, not just 2 or three. You're spot on...it really doesn't get any better than this right now! Time to jump!
