I wanted to make you aware of a few upcoming meetings and activities.

Upcoming Board Meeting - The first PHCA Board Meeting with the newly elected board is Tuesday, October 9 at Covenant Presbyterian Church (Corner of Terrace & Peachtree) in the Fellowship Hall at the back of the church at 7:00 pm. All PHCA members are invited to attend. Please join us and get involved!

Your newly elected board members are very excited to be working together with you for the improvement and growth of OUR community. Contact information for each board member is listed below.

PHCA Saturdays at Starbucks - Oct. 13th - To follow up on our commitment for open communication, we want to hear from you. I'm going to make myself available at the Peachtree Battle Starbucks this Saturday morning, October 13 from 9:30-10:30 for anyone who wants to come meet, chat about ideas, or just say “Hi” as you grab your “cup of joe” to go. Look for the 'Good morning, Neighbor' sign and I'll have on a name tag.

Mark Your Calendars for the Fall Festival - The PHCA Fall Festival is coming up October 28th (4-7pm). Check back here for more details next week. If you want to volunteer to help with the festival, please email Beth Christian (beth.christian@hotmail.com). We need at least 25 people to help with that event!

PHCA Directory & Newsletter - The PHCA Directory & Newsletter will both be published in the next few weeks. I will post the dates on the website they when they will be available.

Security cell phone: (404) 771-3812 - Remember, we have off-duty police officers patrolling the neighborhood at various times throughout the week. If you see anything suspicious, call the Security cell phone. We can all work together to ensure a safe neighborhood.
