Very nice portfolio Peyman. They're good looking sites, but there's a strong resemblance one to the other: header, mapping, search feature. Are these truly custom sites or modified  templates?

Tempting but I just re-uped all my websites! But those are some sharp looking sites.

On a side note, how do you think your solution for CRM compares with 1Parkplace in terms of drip, back office, lead rotation and so on?

Michael -> Thank you for your nice comments. You have always been supportive :)

Mike -> The content section could be customized any way you like. That is the nice thing about this system. It's kind of like wordpress, you come up with the default content and then you can customize it at anytime without ruining the design of the website. If you visit this page and scroll to the bottom of the screen you could see some client sites that have customized the content section of their websites. Please note that the examples on this page do not have custom headers and footers however they have customized the content section of the site.

Stefan -> Unfortunately I haven't seen 1ParkPlace's solution however we almost always win when it comes to price and functionality. Our CRM is truly feature rich, it includes drip, lead routing, analytics and pretty much anything that you would expect from a real estate CRM solution. On top of that our solution is easy to use!

Lanre -> Since your questions were excellent questions I wanted to post them here so everyone could take advantage of it:

Q1. Will this site be a Mobile site?
A1. Not at this time but we are working on our mobile sites and expect to have it ready by Q4.

Q2. Will I have to sign a year long contract?
A2. No, You can go for a month to month contract and cancel at anytime. If you choose to go for quarterly contract you get 5% off our subscription fees, with annual contract you get 15% off.

Q3. Will I be able to add videos to this site?
A3. Absolutely. You could add videos or any other HTML code to any part of your website.

Q4. Will I be able to access this site to update it or make changes?
A4. Yes Yes Yes! That is one of the main benefits of using this system. You can easily make changes to the content section of your website (just like wordpress sites).

Q5. And I just switched my domain name to another site like last week. But I don't really like it. Will you be able to do that for me and switch it to Realtysoft?
A5. Yes, we can move your domain name over or just simply change your DNS to point to your RealtySoft website. Our support staff will take care of that.

Q6. And one more thing Can I see a couple of some of the custom websites you have done so far. I saw it on the blog but I want to be able to view the other pages on the websites
A6. This is a new program and we haven't published any of our custom websites yet. That is why we are offering them at such a low price. The price will go up to $899 at the end of June.

Custom design based on what platform?  Is it truly custom with 100% custom content or is it based on a template?

Hey Peyman. First of all I want to say thank you very much for answering my questions. I really appreciate it. Hopefully the questions that I have asked you will even help you get more potential clients. But I have more-SORRY.

You are saying that this include the installation of plugins and even the back end SEO?

Also will this template site include rotating images? If so will it be built with flash?

Please reply to this e-mail at your earliest convenience. Thanks again for all of your help. Great post.
