I couldn’t keep up with it. I tried, but I will be dawgon lying if I said to you that was I able to placate the needs out there within minutes today. I kept telling ‘em , man, sorry, I am working it. I had this in front of the queue, etc. , but I think I got it done. I think quenched the thirst of customer service today.

Started off with my new clients and I will say, friends, from Vancouver. Let me pause there. Friends? What does that mean? Now I will say that Carey and I and the rest of Team Realty Force of Top 5 Real Estate Group, first and foremost, approach our guidance of the clients with a love for the job and a love for the client who gives us the ultimate gift of their confidence in our guidance. We love them for their trust in us. They trust us because they might feel our love for them. How is that? Well, they might see that we are 100% solely focused on giving them the truth in all situations related to their particular endeavor, which is what? To buy a home that is a good deal and one that won’t cave in on them. But back to the point, we love the client, but do we connect on a future friendship level type of tip? Sometimes we do and today I will say that Rob and Angela are in that category. While I am narrow-mindedly focusing on their purchase on this HUD home today in Maricopa, I can see us hanging by the pool drinking Blue Moon together, or having dinner with them when Carey and I go up to Canada this summer. Yes, for a couple of weeks, we are heading up there to hang, get out of the frying pan and visit some of our beloved clients who we now call our friends.

Sonja and I have something up our sleeve with Home Bargain Planet and it is going to big, we think and believe. We got Karen, Carey, and others who are going to participate in this new endeavor and we have a great and talented think tank. Again this is what I believe. Hopefully, the plan we are working on will catapult Home Bargain Planet will be launched into a stratosphere that is unknown to mankind right now. Ok, I am being a little over dramatic here, but I think we are on the verge of product line in real estate that may truly become great. Stay tuned and hope for us. Us, the meddlers, the thinkers, the ones with cute little ideas, hopefully we can put them into action. That, truthfully, is me in a nutshell - Big ideas without the completion. I need this to work. I think this time I got the legs, the brains, the heart and strategy and not much has to do with me. Yes!

Alright, it’s good to have my sister back. Powerful she is. Nobody sees her the way I see her. But if there are those who do and are not transparent about the truth of her character, then that person is a faker. But I don’t fault that person either, we all need to pour the wine, taste it, and drink it in our own time. Let us all be “true to thineself” and carry our own torches to our own small victories….
