NEWS: Let It Happen? Not at The REIA of Macomb!!! Everyone knows that our motto is Make It Happen. We can all use a reminder on the subject. We've all read the story about Thomas Edison and the light bulb. Remember, it took over 1000 failed experiments to get it to work correctly. Sometimes it's hard for us to relate to a story from so long ago. Well there's a much more recent story about persistence, persistence, persistence, and finally Victory. Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen the creators of Chicken Soup For The Soul mega franchise brings us to our "Make It Happen" story. They brought their idea to the first publisher with 100% belief in their minds that he would fall in love with their idea. It didn't quite go so well. Luckily for the millions of readers across the globe that count on their Chicken Soup books, Mark and Jack didn't give up. Truth be told, they were just beginning. Over and over they pitched their idea to publishing houses, and over and over they kindly replied "No Thank You". It was on the 144th appointment that they struck gold. A One Hundred Million Dollar fortune was waiting for them, only 143 from their first appointment! They surely didn't "Let it Happen". Imagine that Warren Buffet or Donald Trump summoned you to their boardroom and said "Go out on 144 interviews, at the end I will pay you $100,000,000.00." Would you do it? It's a silly question. Why do you need Buffet or Trump to make that promise to you? Get out a piece of paper and make a promise to yourself. If you need a little help, it would go like this... I _____________ promise to myself that one year from today, my net worth will be _______________. I cannot achieve this if I simply Let It Happen. I will achieve this when I Make It Happen.

7:00 - 7:30: Kickoff - We will introduce our speaker, and get acquainted with our new members.
7:30 - 9:00: Build Your Ultimate Buying & Selling Machine
