Back in the dark ages of real estate before faxes (which are old school), email, text, mobile phone, internet, web sites and gps, an instructor for the company with whom I began, told me that unless your family and friends will use you as their agent your real estate success will be difficult and inconsistent - those words are still true.

Mike I agree but they at least need to pass your name along so keep sending those birthday cards and generic tlak around the Thanksgiving table, our kids have got to eat too...
