Listing your home correctly

By
Real Estate Agent with The Stephen Christie Group, Troop Real Estate, Inc

Question from the website : "When putting my home on the market, should I pad my list price to absorb any low offers?"

We get asked that question at every listing appointment.  That is an interesting strategy, however, it tends to backfire on you....

Stephen great points made in your video.  I told a prospective seller yesterday, I would only price slightly above what you are willing to sell for, as the object of the game is to get people in the door.  If there is a big "buffer", you may well be passed by when buyers go to look at homes.
